Contractor accommodation is furnished, self-catering housing rented by the week or the month for workers deployed away from home: apartments and houses near the site, with a kitchen, laundry and parking, billed to the company rather than the individual.
It sits between a hotel and a residential tenancy. Unlike a hotel, there is a real kitchen for shift patterns and no per-night consumer pricing. Unlike a tenancy, there is no twelve-month commitment, no deposit per person and no furniture to buy. Rates are all-inclusive: utilities, Wi-Fi, local taxes and support are in the number you approve.
