There are no minimum volumes to commit to. Every client signs the same frame agreement and starts on standard rates. As your bookings grow, you unlock additional advantages automatically — but you are never required to reach any threshold, and you are never penalised for staying small.
No. There is no minimum spend, no minimum number of bookings, and no penalty for low volume. The tiers are incentives, not thresholds you must hit. You can sit at Discovery indefinitely and still receive the same SLAs and inventory access.
Never. We don't ask for preferred-supplier status or first-refusal clauses. Use us alongside whoever else you work with. The only thing that changes your tier is the volume you actually choose to book.
Trailing twelve months of net booking value, recalculated monthly. Crossing a threshold during a quarter applies the new rate to all bookings from that month onward. We never claw back rebates if your volume dips later.
Everything except the volume rebate. Full inventory, 5-minute confirmations, dedicated booking specialist, monthly consolidated invoicing, and the platform itself. Higher tiers add account management depth and commercial advantages — not core service quality.
The frame agreement governs commercial terms — pricing, payment, volume tiers. Standard booking T&Cs apply on top of each individual reservation and cover the accommodation specifics. Where they conflict on commercial matters, the frame agreement prevails.
If trailing-12-month volume falls below a threshold for two consecutive quarters, the tier adjusts. We'll always flag this in advance during your business review — no silent changes, no surprises on your invoice.
