Since 2020 we have housed contractor and project teams across Europe and beyond. We find the beds near the site, sign the contracts, look after the crew and send one invoice.

Founded in August 2020 to solve one problem: project teams arriving in a new town with nowhere good to stay.
How we think
No units of our own to fill. We pick from our partner network, so the recommendation is made in your interest.
A short commute means a crew that starts fresh. We search from the worksite outwards, not from the city centre.
Hotels, aparthotels and private rentals price very differently over a month. Clients have saved 20 to 30% by using the right one.
Five countries and fourteen landlords still means one contact, one consolidated invoice and no card payments upfront.
Workers message us on WhatsApp from check-in to check-out. We deal with the owner, so the site manager doesn't have to.

Managing Director
Fan left investment banking to found and grow a real estate and corporate accommodation business across the UK and France. Fan leads strategy, technology and client relationships, and uses AI to make operations faster.

Piotr also started in investment banking and brings deep experience across property development. He runs finance and operations across the UK and France and the day-to-day relationships with our partners in all 27 markets.
