Bonjour Residences was founded by Fan Zhang and Piotr Kacki, two property lovers residing in Paris who have decided in 2020 to conquer the hospitality market in Edinburgh and Glasgow while adding their very own French touch.
Our mission is to provide our guests in Edinburgh with quality serviced accommodation and an outstanding guest experience, so they get to enjoy their stay in Edinburgh, Glasgow and the rest of Scotland as much as possible without putting up with small hotel rooms.
All our units are uniquely decorated with love and have been designed with a particular focus on comfort and convenience.

Fan Zhang. Director.
Born and raised in Germany by Chinese immigrants, Fan is a trilingual German-Chinese ex-investment banker who has travelled and lived all over the world. With a Management degree from the University of Mannheim (Germany) and ESSEC Business School (France), she started her first job position in New York at BNP Paribas, where she transitioned to another position in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit, Fan decided to leave the bank in 2018 to embark on her own journey as her own boss. She quickly discovered her love for all things real estate and founded the property investment firm Bonjour Investments with her partner Piotr Kacki in Paris.
In 2020, while the pandemic hit Europe, Fan and her partner decided to expand into the hospitality industry and quickly set up Bonjour Residences, a serviced accommodation provider with serviced apartments in Edinburgh and Glasgow, Scotland and despite the pandemic, the company quickly expanded thanks to their unique business model. In the future, Bonjour Residences is set to become the preferred accommodation partner for tourists and corporates, particularly contractors in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
In her spare time, Fan likes to read, travel, eat good food and enjoy a good movie with her lovely ginger cat.
Piotr Kacki. Director.
Born in beautiful Lorraine, Piotr is a cosmopolitan French national who has passed his business studies in Israel, London and New York. He started his career at Credit Agricole, a major French bank and has been in the finance industry ever since.
In 2019, Piotr decided to leave the investment banking industry to found the property investment firm Bonjour Investments with his partner Fan Zhang in Paris.

In his spare time, Piotr is an active supporter of the football team Olympique de Marseille and particularly enjoys the British way of life.
