The 6-Week Crew Pass
No catch, no contract. £300 puts us to work on your next crew placement anywhere in Europe. House one real crew through us inside six weeks and you’ve earned £600 — £300 back in cash and £300 credited against your next booking. If we don’t house anyone, you’ve spent £300 finding that out.
buys the Pass. Six weeks of member rates and a named person on your placement.
Stays are quoted and paid upfront during the six weeks. Full terms in writing before you pay anything.
Twenty people, eight days, no beds
The start date is fixed. Accommodation isn’t. And the person ringing round landlords at 7am is the same person who’s supposed to be running the site.
Eleven landlords, eleven invoices
A platform cancels the week before. A private landlord stops answering. Finance ends up reconciling a dozen line items in three currencies for one project.
Nobody owns the boiler on a Sunday
The booking site has a help centre. Your site manager has your mobile number. Guess which one gets used.
Six weeks. One crew. At the end you’ll know whether we’re worth keeping, and you’ll have the £600 to show for it.
A 15-minute call
Your cities, your crew sizes, your next start date. We tell you straight whether we can supply it. No call, no Pass — we won’t sell you this from a form.
£300 starts the clock
Member rates, one named person on your requirement who answers their phone, options back within 24 hours. Stays are quoted and paid as normal.
House a real crew
Qualifying means at least 4 crew-weeks and at least £4,000, with the stay finished inside the six weeks. One normal job clears it.
The £600 is earned
On the finished stay, not on signature. We only get paid the compliment when the crew actually slept somewhere decent.
The closing call
Fifteen minutes on what actually happened — what we sourced, what it cost you, what went wrong. Then you decide, not us.
You take the £600
£300 refunded in cash and £300 held as credit against your next booking with us. No contract to sign, no notice to give.
A good fit
Owner-led contractors, installers, engineering and fit-out firms moving crews around Europe — where the person who needs the beds is the person who can say yes. Usually 1 to 60 people at a time, several projects a year, nobody’s procurement department in the way.
Not a fit
Single-night stays, tourist trips, and big groups where a vendor-onboarding pack has to clear legal first. If that’s you we’ll say so on the call rather than take your £300 — talk to us about a framework agreement instead.

from your requirement to real options with prices
Tell us the next placement that’s keeping you up. We’ll come back inside one working day with a time — and a straight answer on whether we can supply those cities.

Nothing to pay now. The £300 is only taken after the call, and only if the Pass makes sense for both of us.
What exactly is a crew-week?
One person housed for one week. So four crew-weeks is four people for a week, one person for four weeks, or anything that adds up — counted across every booking you place inside the six weeks.
What if we never place a booking?
Then you’ve earned nothing and you owe nothing further. You paid £300 for six weeks of sourcing at member rates and we failed to prove ourselves. We’d rather lose you for £300 than lock you into a year.
Is the £300 on top of what the accommodation costs?
Yes. The £300 buys member rates and priority on your requirement; the accommodation itself is quoted and paid as normal, upfront, during the six weeks.
Are we tied in afterwards?
No. The Pass is six weeks and then it’s finished. If you want to keep placing crews with us you simply place them; if you don’t, the £300 comes back and that’s the end of it.
How do we get the £600?
£300 is refunded to the card or account that paid, and £300 sits as credit against your next booking. We confirm both in writing at the closing call.
Which countries can you cover?
27 European markets today, deepest in the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and France. If your cities aren’t ones we can serve properly, you’ll hear that on the call.
One crew, six weeks, no contract. If it works you’re £600 up and accommodation stops being your problem.
