The short version

What all-inclusive should actually mean

All-inclusive should mean the number you approve is the number you pay. No utility bill arriving a month after the crew has left, no Wi-Fi top-ups, no tourist tax collected in cash at the door.

With us, utilities, Wi-Fi, local taxes and support are in the rate for every property. Cleaning frequency, linen changes and parking differ between properties, so we confirm them before you approve, not after the stay.

It matters most when the crew crosses borders. Every country handles rental extras differently, and on a multi-country project those extras become a job in themselves.

What is really included

What included means in each option

The headline rate is rarely the full cost. This is where the extras usually hide.

Before you book

What we confirm before you approve a property

All-inclusive is a useful word but it is not a standard. These are the points that decide whether it holds.

Utilities and Wi-Fi

Electricity, heating, water and internet in the rate, with no meter reading at check-out and no bill to split between workers.

Local taxes

Where a city or region charges a tourist or visitor tax, it is in the number you approve rather than collected from each worker on arrival.

Cleaning and linen

How often the property is cleaned and whether linen and towels are changed during the stay, confirmed per property before you approve it.

Real beds

We confirm the bed configuration of every property. A sofa bed is not a bed for someone working twelve-hour shifts.

Parking

What parking comes with the property, and whether it takes a van. If you need more, it is priced before the booking.

Anything outside the rate

Extra cleaning for a large shared house or a garage for tools is quoted up front, never added after the stay.

Process

How a booking runs

1

Send the requirement

Location, team size, dates, budget. A site postcode and a headcount is enough to start.

2

Get tailored options

Typically within 24 hours, sourced from partners in that market rather than pulled off a platform.

3

Confirm once

We handle booking coordination, contracts and staggered check-ins with every property owner.

4

We hold the line

One WhatsApp channel for your crew, one invoice for your finance team, for the length of the stay.

In practice

How this works on real projects

Irish industrial contractor

★★★★★

An Irish industrial contractor mobilising a crew to Limerick, on a project running from early July into August.

The Challenge

Eleven people needed furnished beds in Limerick from early July, held for a project running into August, with the crew housed close enough to the site to travel together. It was peak summer season, when Limerick prices are at their highest, and the market is small with a student-heavy supply base. Almost nothing was bookable at that size and duration through hotels or platforms, and no one was offering eleven beds held at a fixed rate for the length of the project.

The Solution

We sourced direct from local owners rather than platforms: three four-bed houses, close enough to the site for the crew to travel together, held at a fixed rate for the length of the project. Seven days from brief to start date, staggered check-ins coordinated with the owners, one WhatsApp channel during the stay, and one consolidated VAT-compliant invoice on 30-day terms. The stay came in 42 percent under what the same crew would have cost in short-stay inventory.

AIS Vanguard, part of Ainscough Industrial Services, is one of the UK's leading machinery relocation companies, delivering projects across Europe and the United States.

The Challenge

Their accommodation needs were often last-minute and spread across multiple locations, typically requiring upfront card payments, pulling project managers into day-to-day coordination with multiple hosts, and creating language barriers that made issues harder to resolve. Invoicing was fragmented, receipts had to be chased, and there was no leverage on rates or payment terms.

The Solution

Bonjour became their accommodation partner across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, USA and beyond. We work with individual project teams to source accommodation tailored to the client's preferences, coordinate check-in and check-out directly with workers, and handle any property issues via WhatsApp during the stay. AIS Vanguard now benefits from one point of contact, consolidated VAT-compliant invoicing in their local currency, no upfront card payments and smoother multi-country delivery.

Questions

Frequently asked

What does all-inclusive worker housing include?

With us, the rate includes utilities, Wi-Fi, local taxes and support. Cleaning frequency, linen changes and parking are confirmed per property before you approve it.

How much does all-inclusive worker housing cost in Europe?

In our own booking data the median was 55 euro per person per night, but it varies with country, location and length of stay. See what a crew bed costs per night, or send us the site and dates for a real quote.

Do workers pay anything on arrival?

No. Local taxes and utilities are in the rate and the booking is billed to your company, so workers do not pay deposits or taxes at the door.

Which countries do you cover?

27 European markets with more than 3,000 vetted property partners, plus project work in the US. Secondary towns near industrial sites are a large part of what we do.

Can we get one invoice for several countries?

Yes. One consolidated VAT-compliant invoice across properties and countries, on 30-day payment terms for corporate contracts.

Is there a minimum volume?

No. There are no minimum volumes and no exclusivity. Book one worker or two hundred on the same agreement.

Do you own the properties?

No. We are an independent accommodation agency. We source furnished homes from a vetted partner network and stand behind the booking, the invoice and the support for the whole stay.
