The short version

What crew accommodation in Paris has to solve

Île-de-France is not a single site market. Your people are working on tunnel and station boxes in Seine-Saint-Denis, a viaduct on the Saclay plateau, tower refurbishments at La Défense or a data centre hall in La Courneuve, and the sensible place to live is different for each of them. What they have in common is duration: a month to a year, van or car parking, a real kitchen, and a rail link that works for a Friday run to the airport.

Bonjour Residences is an independent agency. We do not own units. We source them from a vetted partner network, including local owners who never list online, and we stand behind the booking, the invoice and the support for the length of the stay.

Where an operator has not published a construction headcount, we say so rather than estimate it. There is no nuclear new-build inside Île-de-France; the EPR2 sites are Gravelines, Penly and Bugey.

Where crews live

The towns that actually work for a crew

Saint-Denis, La Plaine Stade de France, Aubervilliers, La Courneuve. On RER B and RER D, next to the data centre cluster and the Line 16 and 17 works. La Courneuve-Aubervilliers, La Plaine Stade de France and Saint-Denis are all named interchange points on the line (Transilien).

Le Bourget, Drancy, Aulnay-sous-Bois. Also RER B, adjacent to the Line 16 and 17 sites and the Le Bourget data centre plot; Le Bourget adds the T11 tram (Transilien).

Massy-Palaiseau and Palaiseau. The nearest real town centres to the Saclay plateau. The bus link is around 40 minutes today and Line 18 is expected to cut it to about 12 once the first segment opens (ParisCLC, 5 Feb 2026).

Puteaux and Courbevoie. Next to La Défense, on RER A and the T2 tram, for refurbishment crews.

Journey times worth planning around: Saint-Denis to La Défense is roughly 27 minutes with one change (Rome2Rio), and La Courneuve-Aubervilliers to CDG Terminal 1 is roughly 32 to 35 minutes on RER B (live RER B schedules). Both are journey-planner estimates, not timetable guarantees. Car times are traffic-dependent and we do not publish them as facts.

Rules and cost lines

Two Paris-specific things to know before you book

Short-let rules bite, long stays are a different regime. In Paris a meublé de tourisme let of an owner's primary residence is capped at 90 days a year and needs a registration number displayed on every listing (Ville de Paris). Non-primary units have no nightly cap but need a changement d'usage authorisation with compensation. Under the loi Le Meur, registration becomes mandatory in every French commune once the national teleservice launches, planned for Q4 2026 (Service-Public, 27 Jul 2026). Crew stays of a month or more normally sit in ordinary furnished-lease territory rather than the tourist regime, which is one reason we source through partners who work that way. Confirm the position for your own contract; we will tell you which regime a property is offered under.

Taxe de séjour is a per-person, per-night line. From 1 January 2026 unclassified accommodation in Paris is charged at 5% of the nightly per-person price excluding tax, capped at €15.93, which already includes the départemental and regional surcharges that fund Île-de-France Mobilités and the Grand Paris works. Classified categories run from €0.65 to €15.93 per person per night (Service-Public, 18 Dec 2025 · official 2026 rate sheet). We show it as a line rather than burying it.

Timing

Weeks when Paris fills up

Book earlier around the big Porte de Versailles and Villepinte shows, because they take citywide stock out of the market. BATIMAT, Interclima, Idéo Bain and Equip'Baie run 28 September to 1 October 2026, SIAL 17 to 21 October 2026, Euronaval 3 to 6 November 2026, JEC World 2 to 4 March 2027, the Salon de l'Agriculture 27 February to 7 March 2027 and INTERMAT 21 to 24 April 2027 (exhibition calendar, 25 Nov 2025). Roland-Garros ran 18 May to 7 June in 2026 and lands in the same window each year (Roland-Garros).

Process

How a booking runs

1

Send the requirement. Site address, team size, dates, budget. A gate address and a headcount is enough to start.

2

Get tailored options. Sourced from partners in that part of Île-de-France, including owners who do not list online.

3

Confirm once. We handle booking coordination, contracts and staggered check-ins with every owner.

4

We hold the line. One channel for your team, one invoice for finance, for the length of the stay.

For finance and procurement

What your finance team gets

One invoice, not fourteen

One consolidated VAT-compliant invoice covering every property on the project, in your currency where we can, with the taxe de séjour shown as its own line.

30-day terms, no card upfront

Corporate contracts run on 30-day payment terms. No personal cards exposed and no individual receipts for site staff to file.

One supplier record

One onboarding, one set of compliance documents, one contact, instead of a new vendor for every arrondissement and suburb. See pricing for how rates are built.

We match the stay length to the right contract type in the local market. Clients have saved 20-30% by using the correct market for the length of stay.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you cover the whole of Île-de-France, not just central Paris?

Yes, and for crews the suburbs usually work better. Most of our Paris sourcing is in Seine-Saint-Denis, around Le Bourget and Aulnay, and in Essonne near Massy-Palaiseau for the Saclay plateau, because those are close to the sites and have parking.

What team sizes and stay lengths do you handle?

Teams of 1 to 200+, handled as one coordinated booking. Paris requirements usually land between 4 and 40 people for one month to a year.

Do you own the apartments?

No. Bonjour Residences is an independent agency. We source from a vetted partner network, including local owners who do not list online, and we stand behind the booking, the invoice and the support.

How do the Paris short-let rules affect a three-month crew booking?

The 90-day cap and the registration number apply to tourist lets of a primary residence. Crew stays of a month or more are normally arranged as furnished lets instead, and non-primary units used as tourist accommodation need a change-of-use authorisation. We tell you which regime each option is offered under.

Is taxe de séjour included in what you quote?

It is shown as its own per-person, per-night line so finance can see it. For unclassified accommodation in Paris it is 5% of the nightly per-person price excluding tax, capped at €15.93 from 1 January 2026.

Which weeks should we book earliest for?

The Porte de Versailles and Villepinte trade fair weeks, and the Roland-Garros fortnight in late May and early June. Those are the periods when availability tightens across the whole region.

Can crews park a van?

It is one of the first filters we apply, along with a real kitchen and laundry. It is also why we tend to place crews outside the dense central arrondissements.
