Need accommodation for a contractor or project team on Microsoft's Finnish data centre sites? Tell us whether you are working in Espoo Kirkkonummi or Vihti and we will source suitable long stay housing near that site.
Microsoft confirmed a second phase of construction for its data-centre complex spanning Espoo, Kirkkonummi and Vihti in Finland. The company’s April 2026 update says second-phase work is due to begin during 2026, while the first phase began in late 2024 and is expected to complete around the turn of 2026–2027. Microsoft’s local project material identifies multiple sites across the Helsinki metropolitan area and western Uusimaa, rather than one single campus.
This multi-site programme can require different civil, electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, fit-out and commissioning crews as phases and locations change. Accommodation needs should therefore follow the team’s precise site, access route, shift pattern, vehicle requirements and mobilisation dates—not a one-size-fits-all search for central Helsinki rooms.
We source long-stay accommodation around the precise Espoo, Kirkkonummi or Vihti work package. Share your site location, workforce plan, dates and practical requirements for a targeted shortlist.
We assess suitable locations based on the actual worksite route, expected commute, parking, team size and required accommodation standard.
We can source for specialist rotations, staggered mobilisations, multi-month stays and extensions as the programme moves across sites, subject to live availability.
We look for accommodation with kitchens, laundry, reliable WiFi, parking and suitable bedroom arrangements for sustained technical assignments.
