Deploying a team to the Figueruelas gigafactory? Tell us your crew size, dates and shift pattern and we will source long-stay housing between Figueruelas and Zaragoza.

Stellantis and CATL are building a large LFP battery plant at Figueruelas near Zaragoza through their joint venture, an investment of up to EUR 4.1 billion for a plant that could reach 50 GWh of capacity. The foundation stone was laid in November 2025 and the Government of Aragón approved the project of general interest in July 2026.
Spanish reporting in July 2026 said the project holds all the administrative permits it needs and that production is expected to start in the first quarter of 2027. That timeline concentrates process installation, electrical works, automation and commissioning specialists on site through 2026, many of them travelling from other countries. Figueruelas is a small town on the Ebro, so most teams base between the plant, Alagón and Zaragoza.
We source long-stay accommodation for teams with confirmed work at Figueruelas, matching the search to your gate, commute and rotation.
We assess practical locations across Figueruelas, Alagón and Zaragoza based on your actual site access, commute, crew size, parking and accommodation standards rather than a generic city search.
We can source for specialist rotations, staggered arrivals, multi-month assignments and extensions as packages move through the programme, subject to live availability.
We look for accommodation with kitchens, laundry, reliable WiFi, parking and suitable bedroom configurations for sustained assignments.
