Bank transfer or credit against your next invoice, your choice, made when the crew checks out. Earned on the completed stay, not on signature and not on a review. The Pass is €350 excluding VAT. Accommodation is quoted and paid separately, as normal. Full terms in writing before you pay anything.
Housing teams for businesses across Europe since 2020

The week this is for
Twenty crew, Monday start, no beds.
Site's ready. Crew's booked. Accommodation isn't. A day of twenty people standing still costs you more than the entire housing budget for the job.
Eleven landlords, eleven invoices.
Eleven people to chase when the heating fails. None of them answer at nine on a Sunday. So it lands on your desk on Monday.
The rate you agreed isn't the rate you paid.
Cleaning, linen, move-in, move-out, a deposit nobody mentioned. Fees that surface after the crew is already in the building.
How it works
A 15-minute call
You tell us your next placement: city, dates, headcount. We tell you straight whether it clears the test. If it doesn't, we don't sell you the Pass.
€350 starts the clock
Paid by link straight after the call. No card details on the call itself. Your six weeks run from that moment.
You get real options
Addresses, photos, all-in weekly rates, confirmed availability. Usually one working day, not one week.
You house the crew
Book through us. One contract, one invoice, one contact for the length of the stay.
The crew checks out
The stay completes and the Pass qualifies. Nothing to claim. Nothing to chase.
The crew checks out, we pay you €700
€700 by bank transfer or credited against your next invoice, within ten working days of check-out. Nothing to claim and nothing to write.
If nothing qualifies:If nothing qualifies: you keep every option we sourced and every rate we negotiated. We keep the €350. No argument, and the door stays open.
The small print, up front
Here it is in full, so there is nothing to discover later. Three things about the placement, and nothing else. We check the placement on the call before you pay a penny.
A crew of four or more
Four people housed together on the same placement. Not four separate bookings, and not one contractor at a time.
A month or more
Thirty nights or longer in the same accommodation. Mid-term is what we are genuinely better at than a booking site, so it is where we ask you to test us.
Booked and started through us
The stay has to start inside your six weeks. It does not have to finish inside them. We pay on checkout, whenever that lands.
And afterwards, a favour we ask
Once the crew is home we may ask you for a few honest lines about how it went, or a short testimonial we can publish. That is a favour and never a condition. The €700 is paid on the placement alone, whether you write anything or not.
Why a month, and not a night? Below about a month you are comparing us to a hotel site on price alone, and we would rather not waste your call. On a mid-term crew placement we are sourcing direct, negotiating the rate, holding one contract and answering the phone on a Sunday. None of which a platform does. There is no second spend condition and no minimum invoice. If your next placement is four people for a month or better, it qualifies.
Straight answers
A good fit
You move crews more than twice a year. Owner-led contractors: M&E, fit-out, groundworks, scaffolding, civils, engineering. You have a placement inside the next six weeks and you are not married to your current arrangement.
Not a fit
Single nights and short stays, anything you would book on a hotel site. Crews of one or two. Firms that place a crew once or twice a year, where the Pass won't pay for itself. And we need a few days to do this properly: if you need beds by Thursday, call us anyway, but not for this.
If you don't have a requirement or if we can't supply you
Some markets are genuinely tight and some dates are impossible. If we put no options in front of you at all inside your six weeks, you get the full €350 back, plus any VAT charged. Not the €700, because you haven't housed anyone, but you are not out of pocket for our failure to deliver. If you don't present us with any requirement during the six weeks, we keep your payment.
The refund covers us presenting nothing. It does not cover us finding you real, priced, available options and you deciding not to book them. That is a normal commercial no, and the €350 bought the search either way.
European markets we place crews in with more than 3,000 accommodation partners
of pass validity. During this period we source accommodation on your requirement with real prices

In practice
An Irish industrial contractor moving eleven people to Limerick in peak season, on a project running from early July into August.
City, dates, headcount. We'll tell you what we can get and what it costs. If it clears the test we'll offer you the Pass and you get the chance to earn €700. If it doesn't, we'll say so and quote you normally.
Rather talk now? Email reservations@bonjour-residences.co.uk or call +44 (0)131 6050268.
We will not pass your details to anyone else. See our Privacy Policy and Client Terms.
Your placement details are with us and you'll have an answer today. If you'd rather not wait for an email, take fifteen minutes in the diary and we'll go through it live. Nothing to pay, and we'll tell you on the call whether it qualifies.
We keep the €350 and you keep the work. Every option we sourced, every rate we negotiated, yours to use. It is the honest downside of the deal, and it is why we check your next placement before we sell you the Pass. The one exception is if we present you nothing at all, in which case the full €350 comes back.
No. The €700 is paid on a qualifying placement that has checked out, and nothing else. We may ask you afterwards for an honest few lines or a testimonial we can publish, and you are free to say no. We do not pay for reviews and we do not ask anyone to review us in exchange for money.
Because below a month you are comparing us to a hotel site on price alone, and on a two-night booking a platform will usually win. Mid-term is where sourcing direct, negotiating the rate and holding one contract actually changes what you pay and what you deal with. If your shorter stays are the problem you want solved, say so on the call. We can still quote them, it just isn't what the Pass is for.
Whichever you prefer. Bank transfer to your account, or credited against your next invoice with us. You choose when the crew checks out, not when you buy.
Then that placement hasn't qualified and we don't pay the €700, but the Pass doesn't die with it. You have the rest of your six weeks to start another crew, and if that one runs the month, it counts. Early demobilisation is not something you control and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Yes. The €350 buys the sourcing, the negotiation and one person on your requirement rather than a shared inbox. The accommodation itself is quoted and paid separately, as normal. On a placement of the size that qualifies, what we take off the rate is usually worth more than the Pass on its own.
No. One crew, one placement. Nothing else changes, nothing is exclusive, and there is no volume commitment anywhere in the Pass.
Yes. You book at the rate we negotiate for your placement, not a trial tariff with a markup on it. The Pass does not put you at the back of the queue or on worse terms because you are new. The whole point is that you see what working with us actually looks like.
Usually one working day for a standard European placement. If your market is unusual or your dates are very tight we will tell you on the call what is realistic rather than promise a day and miss it.
During the Pass, accommodation is quoted and paid upfront. Once we have a trading history together we can look at payment terms, subject to credit approval, so you are not funding beds out of project cash before your own client pays you. For most contractors that matters more than the nightly rate, but it is a later conversation and not part of the Pass.
Nothing automatic. Nothing renews, there is no notice period and there is nothing to cancel. If it worked, we will ask for a conversation about how you want to work with us from there. If it didn't, it ends.
One per company. It is a trial, not a discount scheme.
