6-Week Crew Pass
The whole deal, in plain English. These are the conditions we send you in writing before we take any payment, and they are the conditions we hold ourselves to. Nothing here is hidden in a PDF.

The Crew Pass is for businesses that house contractor or project crews. It is not available to consumers.
Applying costs nothing. We only offer you the Pass after we have looked at your next placement and told you it can qualify. If your placement cannot qualify we say so and quote you normally instead.
One Pass per company. It is a trial, not a discount scheme.
The Pass costs £300 plus VAT, so £360 including VAT at 20%, charged once. VAT is reclaimable if you are VAT-registered. It buys six weeks of sourcing on your requirement: we search the market, negotiate the rates, and one person works on your placement from requirement to check-out rather than a shared inbox.
It is not a deposit against accommodation, it is not a subscription, and it is not credit. The accommodation itself is quoted and paid separately, as normal.
The window starts on the day your payment reaches us and runs for six weeks, that is 42 days.
A qualifying placement has to start inside that window. It does not have to finish inside it. A crew that checks in on day 40 and stays two months still counts.
All four of these, on a single placement:
Several short bookings are not added together to reach the floor. If a crew demobilises early and the stay comes in under thirty nights, that placement has not qualified, but the Pass does not die with it: you have the rest of your six weeks to start another crew, and if that one runs the month, it counts.
Once a qualifying placement has checked out, we pay you £600 within ten working days. It is earned on the completed stay and on nothing else. There is no review condition, no signature condition and no other condition attached to it.
You choose how: bank transfer to your account, or credited against your next invoice with us. You choose at check-out, not when you buy.
The £600 is paid once per Pass, on the first placement that qualifies.
After check-out we may ask you for an honest few lines about how it went, or a testimonial or short case study we can publish. That is a favour, not a condition, and you are free to say no.
Saying no changes nothing. The £600 is already yours once the placement has checked out. We do not pay for reviews and we do not ask anyone to review us in exchange for money.
If you do choose to say something in public, please say what you actually think. We would rather read a bad review than not know.
We keep the £300 + VAT and you keep the work. Every option we sourced and every rate we negotiated is yours to use, with us or without us.
One exception: if we present you no options at all against a requirement you gave us, the full £360 including VAT comes back.
During the Pass, accommodation is quoted and paid upfront. Payment terms are something we can look at once we have a trading history together, subject to credit approval. That is a later conversation and it is not part of the Pass.
Each booking is governed by our Client Terms and Conditions. These conditions sit alongside them and cover the Pass only.
No subscription, no auto-renewal, no notice period and nothing to cancel. Nothing happens automatically when the six weeks end.
The Pass is not exclusive. You do not have to route any other accommodation through us, and there is no volume commitment anywhere in it.
You can stop using the Pass whenever you like. Outside section 7, the £300 + VAT is not refundable, because the sourcing work has been done.
We may change or withdraw the offer for new applicants at any time. That never changes the conditions of a Pass already paid for: yours are the ones you were sent in writing on the day you bought it.
We use what you tell us to source and quote your placement and to run the Pass. We do not pass your details to anyone else. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle them and what you can ask us to do with them.

Outside the United Kingdom the Pass costs €350 and pays back €700. Those are the figures on the euro, French and German pages, and they are the figures that apply if you bought there. Everything else in these conditions reads the same, with €350 in place of £300 and €700 in place of £600.
VAT on the euro price: if you are a business in the EU with a valid VAT number, the sale is normally zero-rated under the reverse charge, so you pay €350 and account for VAT yourself. Give us your VAT number at checkout. Without a valid number we have to add VAT.
The €700 is paid in euros, by bank transfer or as credit against your next invoice, your choice at check-out. We do not convert currencies in the middle of a Pass, so what you paid in is what you are paid back in.
These conditions and the Pass are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of Scotland. That holds wherever your company is based.
This is a business-to-business arrangement, so consumer rules do not apply to it. Nothing here removes a right you have under a law of your own country that cannot be contracted out of.
If a court finds one part of these conditions unenforceable, the rest still stands. These conditions, plus the written terms we sent you on the day you bought, are the whole of the Pass agreement between us.
Tell us about your next placement and we will usually tell you the same working day whether it qualifies.
