Planning work on Dukovany II? Tell us your crew size, mobilisation dates and site access route and we will source long-stay housing across the Trebic area.

Dukovany II adds two APR1000 units of about 1,000 megawatts each next to the existing Dukovany plant in Trebic district, Vysocina. Elektrarna Dukovany II, owned 80 percent by the Czech state and 20 percent by CEZ, signed the engineering, procurement and construction contract with Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power on 4 June 2025 at a reported CZK 407 billion for the two units. The project is in a four year design, licensing and site preparation phase, with construction start targeted for 2029 and commissioning in 2036 and 2037.
Dukovany itself is a village of around 900 people and only about 100,000 live within 20 kilometres. Czech regional press reported in February 2026 that 23 municipalities had offered 41 land plots for modular housing and 25 had offered 46 buildings or developer projects, with worker camps planned to be ready in early 2029 and a target of housing crews within about 30 kilometres of the site. Peak workforce is quoted as up to 6,000 in Czech regional coverage and around 10,000 in World Nuclear News, so treat the figure as unsettled.
We source long-stay accommodation for teams with confirmed work at Dukovany, matched to your access route and mobilisation dates.
We assess practical locations across Trebic, Namest nad Oslavou and Moravsky Krumlov based on your actual site access, commute, crew size, parking and accommodation standards rather than a generic city search.
We can source for specialist rotations, staggered arrivals, multi-month assignments and extensions as packages move through the programme, subject to live availability.
We look for accommodation with kitchens, laundry, reliable WiFi, parking and suitable bedroom configurations for sustained assignments.
